What makes Sozio’s sauce different?  It is thick, rich in flavor and spicy!  In a sea of pasta sauce, it is the closest alternative to your own homemade in a jar.  Try it and we think you will agree!

Our father started making spicy sauce as a teenager.  He perfected his recipe when operating Cobbs Hill Pizza and Pasta in the 80’s.  We wanted to share our father’s recipe with the world but were not sure where to start.  Then one day at a Rochester Rotary event at Craft Cannery in Bergen, NY, I learned how easy it could be!  With the support of our parents, we got down to business dialing in the recipe.  It took a few tries to get it just right.  When it was ready we ordered our first batch and started to sell to friends and family.  Now we are at 6 local retailers and counting.  With determination and unity, we are on the path to share Papa's amazing sauce with you and continue to work tirelessly to expand our reach.  

Our goal is to immortalize our father's legacy by sharing his sauce with the world! Through our unwavering dedication and the family's willingness to embrace change, our father's legacy will live on.
